State Police operation across the country for blocking criminal assets has taken place in Fier city. During searches in this city, police announced that it has blocked 16 luxury vehicles.
It is suspected that these cars are trafficked from abroad or purchased from illegal sources of income.
Two people were also arrested. They are Eldison H. 21 years old and Idris S. 46 years old. According to the police, they have opposed police officers during the arrest for the violations found.
The luxury cars seizure is based on a government’s action part of war on organized crime. The action is part of a large scale raid coded “Summer 2017” and “Autumn 2017”./tvklan.al
