The amendments proposed by the majority to the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, which require the prosecution to bring evidence for MPs arrest; Lulzim Basha calls it a Prime Minister’s attempt to hamper justice reform.
According to him, this initiative is trying to turn the parliament into “a court” by protecting those who recently Ambassador Lu called “big fishes”.
“This is a special law introduced allegedly as a change of regulation to protect the “big fishes”

He added that this law’s purpose is nothing but hampering the Justice Reform, taking measures that all the corrupt ministers and everyone else who is plunged into crime, to escape justice and defend themselves through political actions./tvklan.al
