Lulzim Basha has warned a war against the so-called Edi Rama’s mafia budget, at Thursday’s plenary session. The Democrats’ leader said after the parliamentary group meeting that the opposition is determined to curb the criminal project of money laundering.

“The money block that will be brought as a “fried chicken” to the oligarchs and crime cartels to clean up the money derivative by drugs through the concession scheme costing hundreds of millions of euros has to be undone. These money has to go for the Albania’s needs”.

Basha said the Democrats will propose 16 amendments that reduce the fiscal burden on Albanians.

“By proposing a flat tax of 9%, 15%, the threshold for small business TVM 12 million ALL per year”.

“DP proposes a flat tax of 9%, VAT 15%, VAT threshold for small business 12 million ALL per year”.

Part of the Democrats’ amendment is the abolition of the turnover tax, which according to the opposition leads to the reduction of the fuel price by 20 ALL per liter. Growth with 20% of the economic aid fund, wage and pension increase, subsidies for farmers, and free student books up to grade 9 are some of the Democrats’ proposals./tvklan.al
