Ylvi Beqja is expected to return again as a witness in the trial that is being held against Emiljano Shullazi and his four accomplices.
The Serious Crimes Court has received the defense claim that the businessman has two encounters, one with Aida Spahiu notary in whose office he signed for the transfer of 30% of the former Volta hotel to Shullazi.
The next confrontation will be with his former badigard. The third confrontation will be between Besnik Musa and this protected witness of justice in this process and notary Aida Spahiu.
At the hearing this Tuesday there was a debate between lawyers and the prosecution to allow reading of the statements given by Jani Zaka in the preliminary investigation.
The defenders object to their reading, as according to them, the probationary interrogation of Zaqa has problems.
