“This is a bit difficult to determine, the dates are always difficult to determine, the important thing is that the reforms we have to look for must be taken into consideration and implemented.”
What are these reforms?
“The main reforms are Justice Reform that has just started, concrete fight against corruption, fight organized crime, including the issue of narcotics as well as public administration reform.”
How can Albanians understand the message of Mr. Juncker that Serbia and Montenegro will join until 2025, while for the other four Balkan countries did not give any date?
“I think that the most important point that was underlined by Mr Juncker in his speech was the fact that we must reconfirm the clear prospect of membership for the Western Balkans.”
But Albania wasn’t given a deadline.
