EU integration/ Prime Minister Rama received by President Macron in Paris

There is not yet a final decision from France on its stance regarding the opening of Albania’s negotiations with the EU.

Prime Minister Rama was received in Paris to discuss the matter by French President Emmanuel Macron.

After meeting in the presidential palace that lasted about 90 minutes, official sources told TV Klan that there is no final answer on this issue, but there has been a positive climate during the conversation between the Prime Minister and President Macron.

According to sources close to the government, Mr. Macron has shown willingness to find solutions.

Apart from the Sofia summit, which will begin on Wednesday, Macron and Rama have also talked about Albania’s reforms and developments in the region./tvklan.al
