During the Europe Week and at the opening of the codex exhibition, Prime Minister Edi Rama once again took advantage to ask from the EU member states their recommendation for the opening of EU accession negotiation.
“It is a rediscovery process for Albanians and a discovery for Europeans, we are one, despite the fact that the fate has separated us. I am delighted that this activity proves that for us Scanderbeg’s Year is not a year of nationalistic barriers, but it is the year of Europe , the Europe which is embodied by an extraordinary symbol for us, Gjergj Kastriot Scanderbeg, and on the other hand this activity best fulfilled the Europe’s Week”.
Rama was awarded the medal of gratitude to the leaders of religious communities in Albania for the precious value of coexistence in Albanian heritage.
The codex exhibition, a unique display of values and civilization of Albania will be open at the heart of Tirana till May 20th./tvklan.al
