Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has called for a state of emergency for the flood situation in the country to be announced.
Through a Facebook post, Berisha says the assistance offered to the citizens is minimalist and therefore the state of emergency has to be announced.
But according to Berisha, Prime Minister Edi Rama does not declare this condition to avoid obligations to citizens.
