First Instance Court for Serious Crimes sentenced 35 years in prison to Ferdinand Rukaj who killed his wife, Liljana Rukaj, in Fier, throwing her out of the window from their house on the fourth floor.
The 44-year-old has recently has pled mercy from the judges. Rukaj said in the court that he never thought he could kill his wife. But according to him, she misbehaved and occasionally generated debates.
But despite the repentance, the court sentenced him to 35 years in prison. Court accepted Rukaj’s request for a shortened trial, thusthe judges did not sentence him with a death penalty.
Third of December last year after a debate with his wife in their apartment Ferdiand Ruka threw his wife out of the toilet window. /Tv Klan
