Ministry of Internal Affairs has provided official information about the warrant issued by the prosecution for three former Vlora police officers. In the media announcement it is said that this ministry has received two detention orders for Jaeld Çela and Gjergj Kohila, while for Sokol Bode, a warrant for imprisonment.
Despite the controls by the IACS, the ministry says it was not possible to find the persons concerned and consequently their detention.
“On 22 November 2017, around 10:30 am, the Internal Affairs and Complaints Service (IACS) in the Interior Ministry received from the Serious Crimes Prosecutor’s Office two detention orders and a decision of the Serious Crimes Court, for a security measure in absentia “Imprisonment”
, the Ministry clarifies in its announcement.
Additionally, three decisions of the Serious Crimes Court for the the apartment control were taken, based on a proceeding initiated in 2016 by the Prosecution for Serious Crimes in Tirana./tvklan.al
