Mortgage Home Office and Agency for Legalization, Urbanization and Integration of Illegal Zones / Properties (ALUIIZP) will work as a single agency starting from June 2018.
During a meeting with the new mortgage executives and ALUIIZP, Prime Minister Edi Rama warns that when this happens, the director of the Real Estate Registration Office will immediately be dismissed.
Although all new managers of Mortgages and ALUIIZP have been selected through a public competition which the prime minister considers as merit-based, has made it clear that all the appointees will go through a test.
