President Meta meets with Kosovo’s opposition parties

Albanian President Ilir Meta, during the second day of the official visit to Kosovo held a special meeting with the Parliament parties leaders.

President Meta met with the  Vetevendosje Movement chairman Visar Ymeri; with the Democratic League of Kosovo chairman, Isa Mustafa and with Serbian List Representative Slavko Simic.

During these meetings, President Meta emphasized the importance of cooperation and the constructive dialogue of all political forces for the future and the European integration perspective of Kosovo. 

President Meta stressed the role of the opposition and Self-Determination in Kosovo to contribute to the consolidation of the international position of Kosovo through cooperation and consensus with the majority on major issues related to the country’s European future.

At the  meeting with DLK leader, former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and other LDK representatives, President Meta expressed appreciation for the great and irreplaceable contribution of  DLK for all these decades for Kosovo’s independence and  democracy consolidation.

President Meta also praised the contribution of the Serbian List for European integration path of Kosovo./tvklan.al
