President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, held a meeting with the American President Trump and Turkish President Erdogan.
“Together with the First Lady, we met President Trump and the First Lady Melania, to which we expressed our gratitude for the continued support given to Kosovo.

Thaçi wrote in a Facebook post, along with a picture showing the two leaders with their wives.
Additionally, in the framework of meetings at the next session of the United Nations General Assembly, in New York Thaci and the First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, also met with the Turkish delegation headed by Erdogan.
During the meeting Thaçi underlined his gratitude to Turkey for its role in supporting Kosovo;s membership in international organizations and recognition from other countries.
Kosovo’s leader called to increasing the bilateral co-operation, especially in the economy field. President Thaçi invited President Erdoğan to visit Kosovo in a near future in order to deepen inter-state cooperation./tvklan.al
