US congratulate Kosovo on its 10th anniversary of Independence

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Independence, Kosovo received a congratulatory message from the US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

“I wish the people of Kosovo for this anniversary as a sovereign state”,

 reads the message of the American Chief of Staff.

“The United States supports Kosovo in its journey to the international community through economic growth and institutions formation”

, Tillerson writes.

A message of congratulations to this 10-year anniversary was also sent former US President George W Bush, one of the greatest supporters of Kosovo’s independence.

“The most cordial greetings to the citizens of Kosovo, who celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Laura and I congratulate the people of Kosovo on this important occasion and send our best wishes for a peaceful, democratic and prosperous future”,

Bushi writes.

Meanwhile, the state ceremony was postponed to Sunday, due to the Security Conference taking place this Saturday in Munich. Prime Minister Haradinaj at the government meeting also announced the approval of the Demarcation Agreement with Montenegro signed between the two presidents./tvklan.al
