After almost three months of political impasse that led to the parliamentary elections in Kosovo, the winning coalition DPK-AFK-Nisma officially tied the deal with Behgjet Pacolli’s NKA, thus opening the way for the formation of the parliamentary majority and the new government with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

According to the media, signing the agreement with NKA will enable the PAN coalition with a majority of at least 63 MPs. The winning coalition PAN managed to get from his side NKA, as this political force left the alliance with Isa Mustafa’s DMK.

“I am convinced that we will move the processes forward … we have many challenges to overcome, I am confident we will work.”

Candidate for coalition leader Ramush Haradinaj, said that Kosovo finally comes out of the blockade.

“This unification enables Kosovo to start, a very necessary start, it’s not an easy period, but we are confident that we can do it.”
