The Dutch government has declared its stance against the opening of EU negotiations, “De Telegraaf” reported.

“We are seriously concerned about the fight against corruption and organized crime”, Dutch Foreign Minister Het Blok said.

“More progress has to be made on these issues”, he added.

Parties which oppose the opening of negotiations are: the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy of Prime Minister Mark Rutte, the Christian Democratic Appeal, the Christian Union, the Eurosceptic Freedom Party Geert Wilders and the 50Plus party.

While those that support it are just two, Democratic Party 66 and Grooen Links./tvklan.al
