High court member discharged

The Independent Qualification Committee has discharged the member of High Court Shkëlzen Selimi. Selimi failed the vetting process.

Judge Mehdi Bici has also been discharged by the IQC. The Committee argued that Bici has made a false declaration of wealth and that he couldn’t justify it.

The Supreme Court remains with 5 members, while for 2 of them the decisions will be issued on Tuesday. The Vetting Commission also dismissed Tirana Judge Bledar Abdullai arguing that he did not justify his wealth./tvklan.al
