Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias reveals details of the 3-day meeting with Albanian counterpart Ditmir Bushati in Korça city.

Referring to the issue of the cemeteries of the Greek soldiers Albania and the 2009 agreement on the sea, Greek Foreign Minister underlined that there is a spectacular improvement of the climate in Albanian-Greek relations, which is the result of ongoing dialogue between the parties. Greek diplomacy chief says that in talks with the Albanian side the Cham issue is not mentioned.

“Our talks are focused on issues that were disagreed or had been suspended for 70 years. I believe that substantial progress has been made to find a solution for the common good of our countries and peoples in accordance with European values and rules”.

Kotzias reaction comes in response to MP New York-based opposition Jorgos Kumucakos, accusing Foreign Minister of “secret diplomacy” with Albania, Kotzias said that the content of institutional contacts has not been made public, as long as it is not still achieve a score./
