The State Police has approved the request of the Democratic Party to hold a protest on 27 January 2018, from 12:00 to 16:00. The demonstration will take place at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”.
To guarantee the well-being of the rally, the State Police has taken numerous measures. Media sources reported that 1500 police officers will be deployed in order to guarantee the security during this protest.
The State Police call on the citizens to avoid certain areas such as “Deshmoret e Kombit Boulevard”, “Boulevard Bajram Curri”, Scanderbeg Square, etc.
They also urge citizens to avoid unnecessary use of the vehicle on Saturday in segments linking the city center with the Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit” due to deviations and restrictions that will start from 08:00 am until the end of the protest.
