Former Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri arrived Thursday morning at the Albanian Parliament, where he said he would hold a speech.

But unlike what was expected, former Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri did not speak at the parliament, where he returned after a long time of absence.

He said that the reason for this was the absence of the opposition. “There was no opposition in the room, that’s why I didn’t speak”, he said.

The former Minister said he would return to the parliament whenever he had something to say. Asked from the journalists whether he is defended by Prime Minister Rama, Tahiri replied:

“No one can defend me and I don’t want to be defended by anyone. What matters for me is the truth and no one can stop my path for justice. There is no son of a mother or son of a b***h who can stop me”
