The President of the Republic, Ilir Meta received in a meeting the delegation of the European Council on Foreign Relations, headed by Carl Bildt, former Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Sweden.
President Meta considered it “unacceptable and impossible the destructive ideas for division or exchange of territories”.
He described them as “desperate attempts to overlap populist agendas on vital integration and stability agendas”.
The only work program at the political leaders’ tables should be to solve the problems and real concerns of the citizens, Meta said, stressing that the rule of law and democracy should be the priority in each country./tvklan.al
