Prime Minister Rama expresses confidence that EU membership negotiations will be opened this year. But he does not say the same whether the decision will come in June, or in December by consulting the ministers of the union countries.
“I am very convinced that negotiations will be opened. The question is whether we will succeed in persuading member countries and whether member states will be fully available to open negotiations in June or if this can be postponed by the end of the year”,
