Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj announced changes at the leadership level of police structures in Fier and Vlora districts. During an analysis with these two units of the State Police and accompanied by the General Director, he expressed the dissatisfaction that many perpetrators of criminal events are not arrested yet.
