An Albanian couple was caught in Milan by the Italian police during a control carried out on their BMW X5 car, in which the police officers found 30kg of cocaine.
The Albanian couple were detained by Italian carabinieri for a routine control. Police decided to interrogate them after they noticed the driver changed his behavior.
The 37-year-old woman and husband started to give suspicious answers to the carabiner, which prompted the latter to carry out the check.
Italian media do not give the identity of the two arrested, who are isolated at a Milan carabinieri station. During the search of the woman’s bag were found 1700 euros, for which she did not have any justifying arguments.
After escorting to a police station, there were set a control. Police arrested the couple immediately while investigations are proceeding further to discover the origin and the destination of the cocaine./tvklan.al
