The Democratic Party declared on Saturday that Shkelzen Qordja, was executed by mafia.
Democrats’ parliamentary group leader Edmond Spaho, said for the media that Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj’s driver was killed with 3 bullets.
He accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and the government of trying to cover this event by considering it as suicide.
“We are dealing with a typical mafia-style execution of Fatmir Xhafaj’s driver, with 7 bullets in the wall and one in the head. It is clear that in these indisputable testimonies of the witnesses, Fatmir Xhafaj’s version of the driver’s suicide is excluded. This evidence clearly indicates that we were dealing with a real clash and execution occurred within a state institution. Fatmir Xhafaj is manipulating the truth of the execution. Are we dealing with the disappearance of witnesses or a criminal act to close a mouth a witness of conversations with elements of crime?”

Shkelzen Qordja was found dead in June 30 in the premises of the Republican Guard.
State Police officially said the 31-year-old had killed himself with a fire gun./tvklan.al
