Leaked perhaps by the conclusions of the European Council on the negotiations, the majority will offer to the opposition a co-operation platform in September.
Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that he is working on the offer.
The offered pact does not foresee power for the opposition.
Klan Television has learnt that the points of the co-operation package is testing in 200 voting centers, electoral voting in the 2019 local elections.

While Lulzim Basha reacted with a Twitter post by opposing a pact with Edi Rama and a coalition with him, although the prime minister ruled out giving the opposition power.
