Kosovo’s President Hashim Thaçi’s statements on ‘border correction’ between Kosovo and Serbia have been commented by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
In a Facebook post, Berisha after the meeting with the former head of the Presevo municipality, Ragmi Mustafa, writes that the Republic of Kosovo has been declared and recognized as an independent country with its current international borders, so Serbia has no right to claim even one palm of land of Kosovo territory should be recognized.
“You should in no way become a cause for these bargains. The valley should be the Peace Valley, the unbeatable bastion of values, the Albanian and European world, with equal citizens before the law, and if Serbia does not accept these principles, it means that it does not require an agreement, but conflicts and destabilization”, Berisha wrote./tvklan.al
