The Independent Qualification Committee discharged on Monday Tirana Prosecutor Arben Nela. According to the IQC Nela did not justify his wealth. Nela said the decision was unfair and violates the law.
IQC also discharged judge Ervin Metalla. He did not show up at the hearing session.
Earlier, the committee held hearings with Supreme Court judge Ardian Dvorani. According to the findings, Dvorani justifies his property three apartments in Tirana which he has in co-ownership with his family and one vehicle./tvklan.al
