Chairman of Democratic Party (DP) Lulzim Basha, accused the government on Friday that the bill on theater’s demolition violates the rights of Albanian citizens.

While showing support for  the actors on their battle to protect the National Theater building, Lulzim Basha made a strong warning.

“If you dare to mine the the National Theater building, you can be sure that your towers will be mined as well. We will start from the first business day and according to the anti-mafia law we will seize every square inch and every cents, penny, euro for every violation we see. If the mayor and his accessories in this crime do not withdraw, we will respond with total war. If you mine the National theater we will also set the mines to your towers by law”.

He also accused the foreign institutions for not being enough aware to react on the case.

”Surprisingly, there was no response from the Council of Europe, neither the OSCE presence in Tirana”

.

In the conditions when the country, according to the Democratic Party leader, is going through a triple, political, constitutional and moral crisis, any collaboration with the majority, even for the amendment of the law that opens the way to the opening of the judiciary school is worthless.

“There is no collaboration with Rama”
