The two governmental cabinets of Albania and Montenegro gathered in Shkodra in the first joint meeting. The meeting was finalized with the signing of 6 agreements, including the opening of the border crossing Zogaj Skje.

Prime Ministers Rama and Dushko Markovic underlined several times that between the two countries; there are no unsolved issues. As a bridge linking the two countries they value communities on both sides of the border.
The only point where more work is required to be done is the increase in trade exchanges, which was discussed in a business forum with representatives from both countries.
