Constitutional Court member judge Gani Dizdari failed the vetting process.
The Independent Qualification Committee found that his daughter cannot justify an apartment worth 73 thousand Euros.
Dizdari himself did not justify either buying a 94.7-square-foot apartment at “Gjiri i Lalëzit” and an area in Bathore, Tirana.
The Commission found Dizdari had inadequate contact and inappropriate links with a convicted person.
Judge’s lawyer said Dizdari has family relation to this citizen./tvklan.al
